Everything you need to know can be found at the Library. Ok, that might be a bit of an exaggeration, but we do like to have the current information people need.
Today, that information is the Town of New Carlisle Comprehensive Plan. If you stop by, you can grab a print copy of the Plan at the front desk, find a comfy seat and enjoy the read. (Might I recommend a spot by the fireplace.)

The Town Council is seeking comments, questions, or suggestions about the Comprehensive Plan. They are hosting a public meeting here at the Library on Thursday, February 17 at 6:30 p.m. in the meeting room.
