Take charge of your health in 2023 with help from the Library!  Our classes will focus on exercise, healthy cooking, prevention, and wellness.  These activities were made possible, in part, with support from the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County.  These classes are geared toward seniors, but all adults are welcome to attend.  After attending ten programs, you will receive a water bottle.  After attending 20 programs, you will receive a t-shirt.
