Do you love the library and want to be a part of helping us as we serve this community?  Maybe joining the Friends of the Library is for you then.  Our own library was established through the efforts of community members who understood the value of a library to a community –  a place to learn and connect with others. These people understood that it takes community support for any library to thrive.  Our Friends of the Library do just that – support our library.  Their group continues to grow and be a big part of what we do here.  The proceeds that they earn from their book sales and the daffodil sale help to fund all the great programming that we offer.  The Friends also volunteer their time helping at these awesome events.  In addition, they help maintain some of the Little Free Libraries in town. They understand the importance of our great library to the people of New Carlisle.  For more information on becoming a part of the Friends, visit our website at https://ncpl.lib.in.us/friends-of-the-library/
