Your adventure awaits, thanks in part to the Adventure Backpack Program, offered in collaboration with the New Carlisle Olive Township Public Library and the Indiana State Parks.
This Adventure Backpack kit includes a letter pass, which will allow you and your family to gain free entrance to any of the 37 Indiana State Parks. Inside the backpack, you will also find supplies to help you explore all the beauty at our state parks. Use this backpack to explore miles of trails that range from easy to very rugged, or experience at your leisure biking, swimming, bird-watching, wildlife, camping, fishing, interpretive programs, nature centers, or relax as you enjoy spending time outdoors with family.
Contents of the backpack include: a letter pass for the state parks, a compass, a magnifying glass or binoculars, and a pamphlet on Indiana State Parks, books on a variety of topics including: flowers, trees, and plants.
